Czech glassmakers are masters of color and design, and here's a great example - a beautful tree of life focal bead in pale mint green, perwinkle blue and olive/brown. I've wire-wrapped two rows of smaller glass beads around it to make an earthy, pretty frame. Floating below are a small daisy flower, an olive ceramic bead, and a filigree bird charm. There's also a small faceted glass drop, and a bit of fiber wrapped wire just below the tree. (You can see it in the close-up photos). An added bonus.... the tree is two sided! One tree is leafless, and the other full. You can carefully flip the bead over so you can wear it with either side facing out. How fun is that?! (See the flip side in the last photo). The necklace is finished with pretty figure eight and oval link chain, and a brass toggle. The chain comes in at about 22", and the entire pendant is 4 1/2" tall. We all a little winter weary, and here's a piece that will certainly lift your spirits. A tree of life makes a lovely gift for someone as well.
