Please read my policies carefully.  My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase, and to make your shopping experience simple and safe.

Payment policy

As explained in the FAQ section, you may pay with a credit card or by PayPal, and you don't need a PayPal account with them to do so. Just follow the prompts; you will see the "I don't have a PayPal account" near the bottom and it will send you to the page where you may use your credit card. All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase!  I will make very effort to ship your package with three days of your purchase (excluding weekends and holidays.)   Please make sure that all your shipping information is correct.  

Shipping and returns

All pieces will be shipped via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation.  Shipping is $3.50 to U.S. residents,$5.00 to Canada, and 6.00 to the U.K.   All jewelry will be shipped in a box ready for gift-giving.  If you would like me to include a gift note, please let me know and I will be happy to include one.  

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you have a problem, please contact me first before you return your jewelry. If you have ordered custom work, the jewelry may not be returned unless there is a structural problem of some kind. Made-to-order-work will take longer to create and ship.

Your order will come in a cotton-lined kraft paper box. I have reused my earring display cards and other materials; I hope you can find another use for yor gift box!
